If your plan has NO out of network benefits but urgently need an appointment,
please get an approval from your insurance company to authorize the visit.

Unpaid bills greater than 3 months will be collected using small claims court. This will incur court fees depending on the courts, interest and administration charges.
Due to the Pandemic, some insurance plans are covering telehealth doctor visit and as of 3/22/2020, this is still very new and some are waiving cost sharing and some may not. This is a very fluid situation and we will have to find out as the information rolls out.
