We see patients from birth to young adults. Insurance plans we participate with are:
Horizon NJ Health (medicaid), United (both medicaid and commercial), Cigna, Qualcare, Tricare, straight Medicaid, Medicare. If you do not have any of the above participating plans, but your plan includes Out of Network benefits (e.g PPO plan), we will help you receive reimbursements for your medical fees. If your plan has NO out of network benefits but you urgently need an appointment, please get an approval from your insurance company to authorize the visit. Please note that copay, coinsurance, or deductible is due at the time of delivery of service. Cash and checks are the preferred methods of payment. A convenience fee is charged for credit card payments. Unpaid bills greater than 3 months will be collected using small claims court. This will incur court fees depending on the courts, interest and administration charges. |
